Our Testing Fees
At Your Joy Psychological Assessments, we are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized psychological evaluations that empower individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers to seniors. Our goal is to offer clarity, support, and actionable insights tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Psychological Evaluation Fees
Our all-inclusive assessment packages encompass the entire evaluation process, including the initial consultation, direct testing, and a feedback session with a detailed written report. Fees are as follows:
Clients aged 6 and up: $2,000
Clients aged 5 and under: $1,500
These fees cover all aspects of the assessment process. A $200 deposit is required at the time of paperwork submission to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Expedited Report Fees
At Your Joy Psychological Assessments, we take great care in preparing each psychological report. The report-writing process is thorough and collaborative, involving detailed data analysis, clinical interpretation, and professional peer consultation. Because of the care and time involved, finalized reports are typically available within 15–30 business days after all assessment data has been gathered.
If you need your report sooner, we do offer expedited report options for an additional fee. Please note that these fees are not billable to insurance.
Report within 3–5 business days of receiving all data: $350
Report within 6–8 business days of receiving all data: $250
Report within 9–11 business days of receiving all data: $175
Report within 12–14 business days of receiving all data: $100
These options are designed to accommodate urgent needs such as school deadlines, treatment planning, or other time-sensitive requirements. If you believe you may need an expedited report, please let us know early in the process so we can plan accordingly.
Consultation Services
We offer expert consultation services to address a variety of educational and psychological needs. These services are billed at $200 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour per session. This structure allows us to provide thorough, personalized support tailored to your specific concerns.

Please note that academic assessments for specific learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia) are not covered by insurance and will incur a fee of $250 out-of-pocket.
For clients with out-of-network insurance providers, we can provide the necessary documentation to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. While it is your responsibility to verify coverage eligibility, our team is here to assist you in understanding your out-of-network benefits and navigating the claims process.
For those who prefer or require non-insurance payment options, we offer transparent and straightforward fees as outlined above.
