*Please note that Academic Assessments for specific learning disabilities (ex. dyslexia) are not covered by insurance and will incur a fee of $250 out-of-pocket.

Non-Insurance Payment Options

For those who prefer or require non-insurance payment options, we offer comprehensive evaluations tailored to meet your needs. Our fees are transparent and straightforward:

• For clients aged 6 and up: $2,000
• For clients aged 5 and under: $1,500

These fees encompass everything from the initial consultation and direct testing to feedback and results. To book an appointment, a $200 deposit is required at the time of paperwork submission. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, ensuring there are no hidden or unexpected fees.

Our consultation services are designed to offer expert guidance and support for a variety of educational and psychological needs. Dr. Finister brings extensive experience to each consultation, ensuring personalized and insightful recommendations.

• Fee Structure: Our services are billed at a rate of $200 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour for each session. This allows us to accommodate the time required for a thorough consultation and to deliver the most effective support.

• Hourly Billing: Given the diverse nature of consultation requirements, fees are billed on an hourly basis. The time needed can vary significantly depending on the complexity and scope of your specific needs.
