Before your initial meeting, you will receive intake forms via our secure client portal. It is important that you complete these forms, including the developmental history form, prior to your consultation. During your appointment, Dr. Finister will collect background and developmental information and will address any concerns or questions you have. This session will also cover what to expect on testing day and how to get ready for it.
We will conduct an evaluation during this appointment. The details, such as how long it will take, will vary based on your specific concerns, the person's age, and the information needed. At the end of your first consultation, you'll receive more detailed information about this appointment.
In this meeting, you'll get a copy of the evaluation report. Please remember that you'll need to pay for the evaluation in full before receiving the report. This session is meant to discuss the findings and address any questions you might have about the results.
